In recent years, the changing Indian socio-economic scenario has seen an increasing public demand for greater participation of women in all fields.  The evolving new generation woman is discovering a whole new self.  She is storming the male citadels everywhere and the Defence Services are not left untouched.

IAF is the first among the three services to induct women in officer cadre in all its branches.  We have openings for women in the Flying, Technical and Ground Duty Branches.
